This project included demolishing existing 7,000 square foot sales facility to build a new 12,000 square foot sales facility. Prepared full construction documents including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering drawings. Project was designed to remain partially operational during renovation and construction activities. Project features a sales area, new vehicle demo display room, financial offices, customer lounge, and a drive through vehicle service inspection and write-up facility.
