Thomas Benedict provided complete architectural services for a new ocean front multi-family building in Deerfield Beach, FL with 45 luxury condominiums, 5 stories of residential with a subterranean parking level of 110 parking spaces. Above the parking level the project offers a large interior landscaped courtyard with sun decks, recreation area and a swimming pool and an enclosed fitness center. 150,000 square feet of constructed space and estimated $30 million in construction costs.
