Modern residence in Miami Beach on one of the Venetian Isles. This home features roof top terrace with a garden and a spa. Creative carport instead of the traditional garage was created to maximize the constraints of the small lot size and strict code requirements. It also allowed the owner to view his loved car collection from the large living room windows and bedroom.
